Lean Belly Breakthrough
Losing weight and keeping it off is something that so many
people find extremely difficult to do and end up buying weight loss supplements
& magic potions that often don't provide the results you expect.
Often it's not even about lacking the motivation, because
the thing you really want is to lose the fat and you are willing to do anything
to get that new slim figure but the methods you have been using may not have
been the best.
What this results in is a lot of wasted time & effort
leaving you despondent and not knowing which weight loss shake to drink next.
What you need is a weight loss program that works for you.
One thing any weight loss program worth its salt needs is to
include an exercise program - there is no substitute to getting up off the
couch, moving around with a certain amount of enthusiasm in order to raise your
heart rate.
Even if this weight loss strategy includes a weight lifting
program, don't worry about it putting on extra weight in the form of muscle, as
lean muscle mass aids the fat burning process, i.e. muscle burns fat.
After you've got the all clear from your doctor you could
combine a weight exercise program with some aerobic activity which will get
your heart rate up, burn calories & raise your heart rate. Lean Belly
Breakthrough
However whilst the above is intended to form the base of any
weight loss program, it should be combined with the correct diet & eating
plan to lose your excess weight and keep it off.
There was a time when they would not accept any donations
from any food companies selling any kind of foods not good for you. Yes, they
were losing out on millions of dollars from these contributors. And yes, the
ADA "was" a charity organization working as a very worthy cause.
Sometime back, the ADA began worrying about enough funds coming in. Under
intense pressure, they decided to redo the guidelines which they had long time
followed.
They were now beginning their downward slide of compromise.
Meaning diabetics, that you are no longer the main issue, money is. To prove my
stand, follow closely what they did.
Remember, the American Diabetes Association almost
completely operates from donations. In 2005, drug and food companies gave to
the ADA over twenty three million dollars in funds. Guess what? They accepted
with a huge smile on their face. At last, the big pharmaceutical drug and
junkie foods companies had gotten their foot in the door. Now they would make
many more billions of dollars off diabetics who trusted the ADA.
You see, they had already been endorsing diet drinks or very
low sugar foods. They did this by letting food chains use their logo. In
return, money flowed in from sponsors. Now, they have throwed out the old
rules, rewriting them, in favor of donators like food and drugs. Do you believe
that they really care for you diabetics any longer? Especially when you've been
tricked by the giant food and pharma companies, telling you their lies about
their products?
Because of so much recent criticism, the ADA has tried to
undo some of its unwise decisions. It is still rubbing noses with many junk
foods and endorsing many drugs, which side effects are worse than diabetes
itself. One thing to do, call or write them, telling of your dislike for their
recent actions. One last bit of information which should make all diabetics
really upset on how far they've been let down:
Hear this...American Diabetes Association now advises
diabetics, that you can eat as much junk foods, soda pops, and ice creams as
your heart desires. Just be sure to take your medicine drugs to keep your sugar
in your blood under control. The ADA just lied to you. The truth is, exercise,
eat vegetables mostly, raw if possible except for a few exceptions, drink lots
of distilled water, eat fruits in moderation. Do research, to get a chart of
all the delicious healthy foods you can enjoy, and a cure could be yours.
A weekly diet plan is supposed to make your weight loss goal
an easier task. Determination is a key when you really want things to happen.
But if being on a diet is too much of a chore, then it will most likely be
unsuccessful. To help you with that, you must be prepared with a "master
plan" to lead you to a quick, workable, and healthier eating in so much as
achieving your desired body weight.
When choosing a weekly diet plan, keep a few things in mind. The Big Diabetes
Lie
It helps best if you follow a seven-day diet plan that
details every food that you should eat. Stick on it. This way you can also
avoid eating the same food in two or three consecutive meals. Also, this will
keep your body from plateauing by guessing on which type of meals you plan to
eat.
Let's say you're already committed on losing weight fast. It
will help you more if your diet is not only healthy but is also delicious,
easy, and quick to prepare. Try different kinds of fruits and vegetables. Be
creative and put a little twist in every meal. The cheaper it is the better.
It is important to keep it balanced with protein,
carbohydrates, fiber, and good fat. You should consider a no calorie counting
diet plan. Choose calorie rotation diet instead so that you won't feel deprived
or conscious every time you eat.
Allot an hour on your
weekly diet plan everyday to exercise for fast weight improvements in your
body. Do not forget to refill the lost water in your body by drinking at least
eight (8) glasses of water a day.
Have a diet break
once in every week. Your weekly diet plan should include a day for you to
indulge on the foods that you want to eat. This will keep your body from
plateauing and deprivation. After all, having it only once is not really bad at
all.
You must always
remember that you're doing this in order to make you feel better and healthier.
You should know that sudden change in your dietary intakes might confuse your
body or lead to any vitamin or mineral deficiency. That is why it is also best
that you have your dietician to help you with your weekly diet plan. The 2 Week Diet
